1. IntelliJ 설치 폴더 > bin > idea64.exe.vmoptions 파일 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 추가
2. IntelliJ Run/Debug Configurations에서 VM options의 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 추가
